2/20にYoutubeのポリシーが変更になるとアナウンスがありました。
チャンネル登録者1000人未満、1年間の総再生時間が4000時間未満は収益化の対象から外れてしまうんだそうです。
私の所にもこんな通知が来ておりました。

私のチャンネルは現在、お陰様で総再生時間は1万時間を越しているのですが、
登録者が938名と僅かに届かないんですね。
これは、悔しい。

後もう少しで1000人に届く状況です。

It seems that you will be out of the scope of monetization if less than 1,000 subscribers and less than 4000 hours of total replay time per year.
Such a notice came to me also.
My channel currently has over 10,000 hours total playing time thanks to you,
There are 938 registrants and it does not reach slightly.
